Have not been able to receive email since Friday at 5:50. I get an error message
and run diagnostics and fix but still can not receive. I can get mail on web
mail and other devices

the program had been working well for a week with occasional error messages that would resolve on there own

Hi Frank, can you please make a screenshot of the error?
Also when the error occurs next time, switch to the log tab in the operations window where the error is displayed and copy the content of the log and send it to us as well.

I have resolved the issue. Seems to be related to one computer. I rebooted and now it is working.
