Been using free version for years but after latest update I can’t open photos sent from my Iphone. I purchased paid version hoping for phone support but now it seems VIP tech support is just a sales gimmick??

A ticket is like an official support request. In your email from eM Client, you will have login information to the VIP support center at https://support.emclient.com/. Once you log in, click the “Submit a ticket” button, “Next”, and describe the issue as much detail as possible. Then submit it, and one of our support members will get to you as soon as possible.
