Phantom Meeting Cancellations

I see that you have tried to log it, which is awesome. But I suppose that in logging time your issue has not shown right?

Are you able to reproduce it or at least forecast this behaviour? Is it happening for some events from or with certain users only?

Jan

EDIT: if you have pro license why are you not using pro support system? You would get faster response time there.

Hi Jan,

We do have pro licenses but I saw this already active forum thread addressing the same issue that we are having and so I thought I would tag on. Do you think that I would get better results from using the pro support system?..

As you said, we have been attempting to catch the issue with the GData logging but have been unsuccessful.

We have not been able to purposely reproduce the problem, but it usually occurs when our office manager sends out an office wide invitation to an event hosted on a shared calendar to which all employees have read only access and the office manager has read/write access.

I can’t say that you will have better results, but I must admit that my colleagues on pro support system are much more skilled then me.

Of course you can continue with me, I will not say to you go there and stop providing support. It is up to you.
Anyway my colleagues would ask for the same thing so you can create topic on pro support and forward topic to this thread.

Problem here is that those logs are crucial not only for me but for my colleagues too.
My suggestion is to use pro support, but only because forum has lower priority and so you can get long delay between your and my post. You will receive - as pro user - help on both sites.

So to your issue, until you will be able to log this, does all people in your company use eM Client or some of them - who are invited - use different email clients too? This might be crucial as it will give us something to test in our office.
