PGP encrypted messages

Hello!
Some people send me PGP encrypted messages from Windows platfrom and from Mac.
And I can decrypt, read and answer encrypted messaged from/to Windows (I think that there are Outlook with something) and can’t read emails from Mac.

Emails from Mac look like empty body with two attachments: “PGP/MIME Versions Indentification” and “OpenPGP encrypted message.asc”. And I can’t open this .asc file to decode.

I was looking into the email source and found that Windows clients generate email with global content-type as: Content-Type: multipart/encrypted;
protocol=“application/pgp-encrypted”;
boundary="=-=2pqI537mwgdsZ2=-="

while Mac client generate just: Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="------=_MBD9487F33-4C59-4BE7-802A-B69CC8823E1B".

It is possible somehow to tell the Em Client that those messages from Mac are also encrypted?

So you’re having problems receiving encrypted messages (which were composed on mac computer) in your windows eM Client?

Do you know which program on the mac computer was used to compose/encrypt the emails that were sent to you?

Hi! They use Apple Mail (x-mailer: Apple Mail (2.3654.80.0.2.43))

The message looks like the following. And em Client doesn’t recognize it as the encoded one.

As you see the encoded body (or attachment) has the content type of “application/octet-stream” not “application/pgp-encrypted”.

While Outlook + Kleopatra opens it well. I don’t want to use Outlook so I would prefer to stay with em Client.
