Persistent Error Message

Can someone please explain why I get the following error message persistently? I seem to get this popping up all too frequently.

Hello Deepak, unfortunately from this screenshot we’re unable to add more details to this issue, if this error occurs persistently, please navigate to the “Log” tab, copy the content of the log and submit it to us here on the forum. Also please include more information about your current setup, such as what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About and what mail service you’re using with eM Client?
