Persistent error message

I successfully uploaded my contacts from my Blackberry to eM Client.  Since then I get an error message every time I open the program about a failure to upload with a log of app. 30 errors.  It does this every time even if I click on “ignore all”.  Otherwise the progam works fine.  How can I get rid of these error messages?

Hi Robert, I’m afraid that if you receive this error your contacts haven’t been synchronized with your server, can you please make a screenshot of the error you’re seeing and submit the screenshot to us here on the forum?

What mail service are you using with eM Client? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
