Hi, our laptop died recently so had to buy a new one, we were unable to backup the em client database, however I can access the old files from the old drive.
Is it possible to copy over the old em client software to the new pc and get it all working again?

if you can still access the database folder and none of the files have been corrupted, you can just install eM Client again using the installation file from our website.
Then locate your database folder on your old drive (located by default in C:\Users_your windows user account_\AppData\Roaming\eM Client) and copy the everything to the same location in your new computer.

On an old pc with win 7 i can locate that path but on new pc with win 10 doesnt exist. Where is that ?
