Pc change/swap hdd

Hi

I have a pc which had an active emclient license which has been upgraded - the HDD has been moved to a new machine all is fine apart from the emclient is not working and showing ‘license is not valid’ i have tried to re-enter it wont accept a new one - has any one experienced this??

Could be you may have possibly the wrong activation key. Go to the following webpage and type in your original registered email and that will send you your original activation license key.

Then go to your webmail and check if that is a different activation license key.

If it’s a different license key, deactivate eM Client and then reactivate with the original key.

If you already have the same license key, then try deactivating and reactivating anyway.
