User not getting the Paste as Image option when copy & paste from Spreadsheet?
The image is on the clipboard? I just tested (in MS-Windows) and I can paste with CTRL-V and with menu > Edit > Paste. I don’t see the menu icons you show, is that on a MAC?
It seems to not work for our users who work in a terminal server environment.
Pasting from the clipboard might be an operating system function, could it be that the clipboard contents aren’t being transferred from the local terminal to the server?

Looks like the issue is with the program we use for spreadsheets etc. & not an Em-Client issue
