Password reset doesn't work

I got a message that my free trial will end in 6 days. Wanted to log in to check for free license/activation key. My saved login data were not accepted. Tried password reset. Contrary to what the page in the browser said, no mail was sent.

To get your activation/license key, go the Lost Activation Key page and enter the registered email address. The key will be resent to you. If you do not receive the email, please check your Junk folder as it may have ended up there.
