Password required error

I’m using EM Client ver 8.2.1706. Whenever I “refresh” to collect my email I get a “Password Required” error. This just started a few days ago. I have checked in EM Client acct menu and all the correct information is there just like it has always been. This is very annoying. How do I eliminate this pop-up box?

Have you contacted your email host to see if they changed something without notifying you?

Have you tried logging into your host webmail?

This happens to me also after I clicked ‘unsubscribe’ in one of my emails, and persists after shutdown and restart. Everything works as it should, but I can’t get rid of this annoying popup. I happens at random times.
