Partial search results

I have an Exchange account set up in eM Client. When I search, I receive partial results, despite having the option ‘Subject, sender, recipients, body, notes, and attachments’ activated.

That is, I know that the word I am searching for appears in more emails than those shown in the search results.

I would appreciate suggestions to solve this problem.

Untick the server search option, then try the search again and see if there is a different result.
