Outlook messages do not download

Since last week, Outlook messages do not download to Em Client (Ver 10), but show in the inbox totals. Have tried removing and reinstalling Outlook account, but the issue remains.

Shortly after posting the above, i noticed some, not all, gmail messages were not being downloaded either. I uninstalled Em Client and installed an older version 9. That seems to have fixed the issue.
Not sure what to think. Perhaps there is some issue between EmClient Ver 10 and the latest Win 11 update that occurred recently. I’ll keep Ver 9 EmC for a month, then try updating to Ver 10.

Could be your missing Outlook and Gmail emails that are not showing in eM Client V10 “are in other Inbox Categories” which is the default option unless you change it on install. See @Gary post below.

I started using eM Client 3 days ago and I have two Outlook accounts and two Gmail accounts.

The Gmail accounts work flawlessly.

The Outlook accounts were not however to solve my problem of the email not being updated, I change the updates to once every 2 minutes to grab the email from the servers.
