Outlook.com email folders showing in Calendar and Contacts

Hi,

I’ve just created a new eM Client account to connect to my Outlook.com account. I noticed that certain email folders were not visible in the Mail section.

Further investigation has shown that the missing email folders are present in the Calendar and Contacts section - why is this?

What do I need to do in order to see these email folders in the Mail section?

Hello Sean,

are the folders displayed correctly on Outlook.com webmail or on another device?
You can also try change your account configuration to AirSync or EWS.
If your issue is still unresolved by that please provide us with logs by going to Menu>Tools>Operations>Log and copy with Ctrl+A, paste to notepad then send the file to cooper@emclient.com
