Running version 10.4.5326 (97a2e75), since the most recent upgrade I am now getting the following error
[AirSync] Synchronizing folder ‘*************@outlook.com/Calendar’ failed due to the following error: The input string ‘’ was not in a correct format.
You will need your logs investigated. See @Kim_Fisher post in the following thread.
I’ve got this same issue if could be included please on the version for download once a fix is ready.
The update appears to have fixed the issue for me.
Hi Im a new user. Since the last update I have been receiving the exact same error messages. My version is 10.4.5326 (97a2e75) .
Same problem, would love the update. Problem started today with the auto-update to 10.4.5326 (97a2e75). I’m also now getting this error on my O365 account as well: “[AirSync] Synchronization error (InvalidSynchronizationKey)”
Same problem here, i would like to here when a fix is available! thnx
Auch ich habe dieses Problem auf allen Rechnern nach dem letzten Update. Windows und MAC, sowie Mobil funktioniert nicht mehr.

It’s ready – I just emailed you the build.
I’m also interested in the update, because I have the same issue since the update to 10.4.5326 (97a2e75)
So also I have same problem:
[AirSync] Synchronizing folder ‘[email protected]/Calendar’ failed due to the following error: Invalid namespace MeetingResponse:
Please send me the fix. Rather you effectuate that fix in a update version.
Thanks
This is a different error, but we are aware of it and looking into it.
I’m having the same issue. Any chance I can get the update as well?
Hi Kim. I’m having the same issue as Jane22 above ([AirSync] Synchronizing folder ‘[email protected]/Calendar’ failed due to the following error: Invalid namespace MeetingResponse) and have not been able to access my live.com calendar for two days despite reloading both platforms etc. Any progress? Do you have an estimate of timescale for a fix?
Thanks.
@Crack Hi, I’ll send you a fix when it is ready. No estimate yet, sorry, but it is our priority.
hello Kim
thanks it is working for now ![]()
Hi,
also having the same issue as Jane22 and Crack.
Any idea how to fix it?
@Kim_Fisher Hi Kim. Still an issue this end. A week without a reliable calendar function is becoming a deal breaker for me. Can you please explain what the issue is, why it suddenly started and whether eM Client is still able to provide a workable calendar function that syncs with Microsoft accounts?
