For some reason when trying to sign in (for the first time) into my Outlook 365 account through em, it repeatedly asks me to enter username and password. I have checked and doublechecked and am entering them correctly but can’t get past this. Any ideas?

Please check if your server is okay using this Microsoft utility - https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/
Go to Office 365 > Microsoft Exchange Web Services Connectivity Tests and check Synchronization, Notification, Availability, and Automatic Replies.
Click next and try if your login works.
