outlook 2010 tasks not syncing

I’m running eM Client on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and I was able to sync my company’s Outlook 2010 email, contacts and calendar via their mobile server however eM only has a local folder for tasks and no tasks were synced from Outlook.  I created a task on eM and it will not sync back.  Is there a trick to get tasks to sync?

Hi Larry, what type of account are you using and what mail service provider are you using?
What version of eM Client do you have currently installed on your computer?
