Outgoing mail failure

I am unable to get outgoing mail to send. 

Can you disable your anti-virus application, then try again?

I don’t believe I have control over that option.  I am in a school district.  

Most anti-virus applications have the option to temporarily disable them. This is just a test to see if the anti-virus application is blocking eM Client.

If you cannot do it yourself, your could ask your IT Support to do it for you.
