Outbox stuck for exchange error

I am getting this error, but there is nothing in the outbox folder to delete to clear the issue.
It appears there is something stuck in the data base, where it thinks it supposed to send an email.

Any help? I am using exchange server..

Normally stuck mail will be in the Outbox “at the bottom left of eM Client” in Local Folders

Enable Local Folders V10
Go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / General / Folders” and check “Local Folders” & Save Settings.

Enable Local Folders V9
Go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / General / General” and check “Show Local Folders” and Save Settings
