Outbound smtp Problem, I think

Server says "5.7.0 (AUTH204) Service is not available, please try (hidden from there)Any help available? Thank you.

Hi, what mail service are you using? Can you make a screenshot of your smtp settings from the Accounts window and screenshot of the error message you mentioned?
Also what version of eM Client are you currently using?

Paul, attached are several screen shots. First Thunderbird, then eM. It diagnoses POP as OK, then goes into a loop for the SMTP. At times, it gives a fixed resolution, but most of the time it stays in the loop. I’ve tried other configurations, based on inquiries from other cases, but to no avail. Thanks for your help.

Hi, how did you setup the account, did you use the automatic setup, or did you do it manually?

I’m using 6.0.20154.0. Yes, the system did an automatic installation from Thunderbird. In the beginning, I was able to receive messages but could not send them. Now, I cannot send or receive. I’m still using Thunderbird at this point. Thanks
