My colleagues don’t receive emails from my eM Client account(but i can receive emails from them normally).
The emails that i try to sent appears to my “sent” folder as always though
By the way, i don’t take any failure message from the server or something

if the message is available in the Sent folder, it has been accepted and sent by the mail server. If it was declined, it would be in your local Outbox still.
Are your messages perhaps moved to Spam/Junk folder in your colleagues’ email clients?
What mail service does this happen with?

Thank you for your reply! The messages are available in the Sent folder. No, unfortunately they have not received them at all. They use either hotmail or gmail.

What version of eM Client are you currently running? (Help>About section)
