Holidays Calendar automatically downloaded by emClient will not sync with OSX Server (Mountain Lion) calendar server. Something about date/time stamps. As a test, I found that changing an event from all-day to scheduled hours, saving the event, then changing it back and saving it again, allowed it to sync.
