How can I create an archive folder on Android?
Archive folders are “normally automatically added from your Mail server” as part of your account when you first setup the account such as when you add a eg: Gmail, Microsoft, Apple account etc, and the Archive folder appears under your account on the Android app.
Note: Sometimes the Archive folder will appear “below the More menu” but can be visible above via pressing your finger on it and pressing Show
If your online mail account doesn’t have an Archive folder, then “you can just manually create an Archive folder” to store old emails in on Android via “pressing your finger on your account email address” and a "New Folder option will appear.
