Operations Window

I frequently get the operations window with errors shown. I ignore those errors but I would like that window to not pop up at all.

Hi Lynette, if you’re seeing the operations window including some error messages from eM Client, can you please check what version of eM Client are you currently using under Help > License, make a screenshot of the error and post it here on the forum?

Are you having issues with either sending or receiving message or perhaps any other option of the application?

Hi Lynette,

to prevent the error window from showing up so often:

tools > settings > general > general

Make sure the option “show window when an error occurs” is NOT checked/marked.

Hi, glad you were able to resolve this issue, however please note that by disabling this option you’re disabling the error window for all possible issues with the application.
If you come across any issues while using the application, re-enable this option to successfully report and resolve the issue.
