Upon upgrading to eMClient 10, one of our users is not able to view images attached within an email (using Windows Photos), instead they are opening in the ‘Print Pictures’ window as if they are to be printed. How can the default to open in Windows Photos be restored?
If an image file is opening in the wrong photo program in Windows, you have to change the file association in the OS. You can do that two ways.

Thanks, this did the trick. Was odd that all 10 users have the exact same settings for default application for opening images (“no default set”), yet only 1 user was affected upon moving over to V10. Nonetheless, making the default app ‘Windows Photos’ has worked.
