My outgoing email box has been taken over by opaltelecom.net. I can’t send emails without taking off my security measures. How do I remove this, please?

I’m afraid I don’t understand your problem. What do you mean by ‘taken over’? Are there any error messages concerning your problem? Can you take screenshots/copy any error messages?
Can you try sending an email and then going to Tools>Operations>Log tab and copy its contents here?
