Only partial contact sync using nextcloud

Hi folks,
I’m new to emclient. Everything seemed to work fine, so I purchased a license for to computers.

The following problem occurred today. Not all of my ca. 400 contacts coming from my nextcloud are available in the program. After recognizing I checked the address to my nextcloud and tried another one (following up this old thread).

Now I’m uncertain what to do next. Never had a similar problem using over clients e. g. on android or another Mail-Client. Is there a solution for emClient or do I have to change something in my Nextcloud? Calendars seem! to work fine.

I would suggest as you have purchased an eM Client license, to login and create a support ticket via the eM Client Pro support page.
