I have Windows 10 PC. Two user accounts. We both use earthlink.net email. User 1 sends and receives fine. When User 2 logs on to desktop email receives mail, but will not send. The settings are exactly the same for both accounts. How do I resolve this?
Hello Richard, not quite sure what you’re suggesting, if both accounts are using the same settings on the same computer, I’m not quite sure what may be blocking the connection to submit message. Is any of the users on your computer using any security software? Please make sure no security software is blocking the connection to the server or the necessary SMTP ports used for sending via this account.
Are you seeing any errors when trying to submit the message? What kind of errors?
What version of eM client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
