I have “one” email that will not delete. I’ve restarted my computer, I even turned off my wifi and tried to work with it that way. It’s been there for 2-weeks now. It is sitting in my trash as unread (it will not even let me read it).
What can I do to get rid of it?
You can try Shift + Delete.
You can repair the folder by right-click on it (or on All Mail if it is a Google account) and choosing Properties > Repair > Repair.
If that doesn’t help, you will need to remove the email account from eM Client, then add it back again.
