One.com accounts not sending emails

One.com accounts not sending emails from em client… they get stuck in “local folders” outbox.

I have managed to send the emails via one.com webmail, but not very convenient.

Any ideas?

If you go to Menu > Operations > Log tab, you will find the SMTP error for that account. It will give more information about why the message could not be sent.

You can post the error here if you can’t understand it. Just remove your address from the error text to preserve your privacy.
