One address going to Junk

Any messages sent from a Blueyonder address ae going straight into Junk/Spam. I keep re-directing. Most have already got message rules set up (e.g. from my son go into is folder) but still go into Junk. any ideas why? Or how to resolve? Thanks

Sounds like the Blueyonder address has been accidentally added in the blacklist and so then automatically going to the spam / junk folder.

To remove email addresses from the blacklist in eM Client V9 or V10 see @Gary post below

Thank you. Just tried it but none of the blueyonder addresses are on the blacklist. All very odd!

Just tried it but none of the blueyonder addresses are on the blacklist.

Sounds like it’s then either “a Local rule still setup in eM Client”, or "a Server rule / filter at the mailbox end, or the mail server auto detecting it with an AI engine or other spam engine and moving it automatically to the Junkmail folder.

So i suggest next to go back to “Menu / Rules” Pc or Tools / Rules" Mac and “dblclick all the rules to look inside them” just to make sure there is nothing setup to automatically move the Blueyonder emails to the junk folder.

Then if you carn’t see Blueyonder email addresses in the rules, try “deselecting all the rules” and then see if it still happens. You will then know if it’s anything todo with Rules.

Now if deselecting all the rules still makes no difference to the problem, then click the dropdown on the right of “Local Rules” and see if you have any Server Rules setup. Some server mail box filtering / rules are viewable in eM Client. Some are only viewable online in yr acct.

Next if there is no server rules viewable in eM Client, then go online to your mailbox and check for any filters or rules possible setup to automatically move Blueyonder email to the junk folder.

Lastly “if no server mailbox rules or filters setup” to automatically move those emails to the Junkmail folder", then “go into the Junkmail folder in your mailbox online” and then (mark those emails as not junk) which will then not only move those emails back to your online Inbox, but also train your mailbox to keep those email there in future.

Thank you so much for taking all that trouble. will work through and try and sort. I mark the blueyonder ones as “Not Junk” every time so hopefully the message will get through. Thank you again
