Is there any option do not show new incoming message until it’s full downloaded ?
we use dowload messages for offline use option with attachment for exchange account but when a user open a new incoming message which is not full downloaded emclient waits for a long time.
Hello, while using an Exchange account over Exchange Web Services, all your items should be automatically downloaded for offline use and all your items should be synchronised with the client once available on the server.
Are you seeing any errors or wait popups during your message download or folder synchronisation? Are you using any security software that might be blocking the application’s ability to connect to the server? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
