Where can I download an offline installer, MSI or EXE version of eM Client 11?

All download links point me to an emclient.appinstaller 1kb file. Once clicking this, it wants to download about 850mb of data as it wants to download all the different flavors…

Having a metered connection and having to install this on 2 different computers, I would much rather have just the x64 offline installer available. Please advise…

You can download the MSI version from here.

For a Windows clean install eM Client now uses a MSIX app installer which then downloads the specific CPU version as well as OS version.
