I am having an issue that is not a huge problem since there is a recovery, but wanted to know if others have observed it.
My storage location is non-standard. It is on another drive than where my default location would have it be put at. This has never been a problem for me.
I just made a change to how I have folders and decided to use All Inboxes from the favorites link, and I turned off the display of Inboxes by default in the settings. When I clicked Save for the settings, it warned me that the all inboxes was not displayed, but it did not give any further information on why that might be a problem.
When I returned and ran eM Client the next time, I was prompted with the initial setup wizard. The storage location was defaulted, and with nothing there it assumed I had just installed it. I went to the settings, storage, changed the location back to where it should be, exited, re-ran and boom - back in business.
Today I made another change in the settings because I realized I inadvertently turned off the display of local folders. After turning it back on, I got the warning again. Ignored it again, but next time I started, same result - new install setup wizard. Same fix worked.
I have version 10.4.5674 (fcbf2a4). Again, not a big deal since I know the workaround, but anybody else seen it lose the storage location on a setting change?
