O365 account issues -- syncerror, calendar syncing

Hi,

I’m having 2 issues with my O365 account.

  1. I’m having the following issue multiple times a day.
    Here’s my exact error:

  2. Issue 2 is that my calendars aren’t properly syncing.
    a) I have events I created in my windows desktop emclient that aren’t showing in my android emclient
    b) My wife has events in her O365 account which I can see in my Outlook app but aren’t visible in my emclient
    c) I’ll have to confirm this for sure, I think that when I accept a meeting on my android device in emclient, I can’t see it on my windows emclient

There are no obvious errors here, unless/except the error msg in (1) is related. But that msg doesn’t occur every refresh.
