Number of free licence clients

In our home environment we’ve had 2 PCs running emClient Free version for a long time (2 years or more) with no problems. Recently I added emClient to a 3rd PC and we started getting the standard reactivation message. So emClient on 3rd PC was uninstalled (database removed) and we’re back to original 2 PCs. We now get reactivation message when 1 client is started after the other. Any suggestion on how to fix this issue. 2 PCs worked fine until 3rd was added then uninstalled. Thanks,

Did all the three computers have different email addresses and different licenses ?.

Also we’re they Pro or Free licenses ?

Thanks for response. As stated in original post licences are free version. Both clients use same email addresses & both use same activation key. The 3rd client was installed with same email addresses and same activation key, As mentioned already 3rd pc client has been uninstalled.

Each computer (unless you bought a multi license) needs to have its own separate registered email address and separate license.

You carnt activate or use two different computers simultaneously with the same free license and same email address. Also the free license must be used for non business personal use.
