Nuances with version 9.2.1628.0

I’ve been spending a lot of time today sending/receiving emails. This isn’t usual for me. I noticed that now Gmail (along with Yahoo) syncing is resulting in a great deal of lag in updating. I confirmed with my Gmail/Yahoo account and the items are either in my web-based SENT items or in my INBOX but not in eM Client.

I’ve been hitting refresh to no avail. Only after I shutdown eM Client does the email (usually) populate, but not always. It’s been a frustrating day.
