Notification with iOS and Windows

Hi all, I’d like to ask for some clarifications about notifications on iOS and Windows 11. As far as I know, it is not possible to have push notifications on folders and subfolders I created using rules that forward email from inbox. How is this supposed to work on Windows 11? This question because, sometimes, I get sound and banner notifications, some others I only get the badge without any sound or banner. Could you please explain to me how these work? I would like to get notifications for any email, I don’t mind if with a workaround or not, any tips for me? Thanks so much!

As far as I know, it is not possible to have push notifications on folders and subfolders.

Yes eM Client New mail notifications for desktop and mobile devices are only for incoming mail arriving “in your Account Inboxes” which show either on the taskbar, tray or dockbar, banner etc

There is an issue though currently with the iOS app where the dockbar badge notifications are not showing which will be fixed in a later update.

Ok, got it! I need to find a workaround then. Is there a way, for example, to move emails to folder or subfolders once they are read?

You will get notifications for all messages arriving in the Inbox, unless you have disabled them in Settings. If you use a local Rule to move the message to another folder, that won’t affect the notification unless you have specified in the Rule to skip the notification.

If the messages have been moved server-side, by a server Rule or filter, you won’t get a notification.
