Notes folders not showing for all accounts

I have 4 email account but only one of them shows a Notes folder. How do I add Notes folders to the others?

That can be todo with tbe type of account where only some type of accounts support notes.

What are the accounts that dont have notes ?

Thanks for your response. The account that has a notes folder is a work Exchange account, the ones that don’t are:
Two Outlook.com accounts that were later switched to Exchange but I think I added them to Em Client as Outlook accounts. I will try and re-add them as Exchange accounts.
One GMX IMAP account

It depends on how the calendar part of the account is setup. Yes, Notes are actually part of the calendar protocol. :slight_smile:

Exchange and CalDAV support Notes. AirSync and Google Calendar don’t.

So all of your accounts will support it. GMX through CalDAV, and if you can setup the Outlook.com accounts as Exchange.

Thanks for your help Gary. I have re-setup my main personal account as an Exchange account and can now see the Notes folder for that account.
