Does anybody know a way that I can still access my ‘Notes’ folder created by exchange/outlook? Am I just missing it? All of my email items are saved on the server.

unfortunately the Notes folder is a special item that the server does not synchronize through EWS protocol. eM Client has no way of pulling this information from the server.
