not working

eM lock up on every email from the following address; this old… since it is the first email when I open eM locks up and only a shut-off from task manger works… I have done this so many times eM no longer works… I have attempted to upgrade but to no avail since I no longer know my reg. number and asking for it to be sent to my NON-working version of eM is pointless. What now?.. at this point communicating via email is not an option… my land-line is 217 684 2540

Hi Paul, what version of eM Client are you using? Can you please download this tool ( and run it while the application is stuck?
Unfortunately we’re not using phone support, so I’m not able to call you in order to resolve this issue.
