Not Responding first time using the app

Clean install on a computer with Outlook running on it. Attempted to setup eM Client and it appears to setup correctly. However, when I run the app, it immediately goes into Not Responding. However, I see that some of my inbox is populated. If I let it sit, it comes back with a small box, but I can’t interact with it and it eventually goes away. I think it’s a Serious Error dialog box and it would present details of the error if I could get a button to respond. Here is what I think it outputted:

Hi Chris, unfortunately this issue is held within your database. To create a clean install or new database, please go to your local folder > App Data > Roaming, and rename or delete the eM Client directory located in the Roaming folder. But note that by deleting you might lose any local data the folder might contain.

If you’re only using IMAP or Exchange accounts, you should be able to freely delete the database and once you do so, eM Client should automatically create a new directory with it’s next startup.
