Not recieving mail

I have been using eM client (version 7.0.26526.0) for a few months and have been very happy so far. I have 2 email accounts, both IMAP. Since Sunday one of these accounts has been able to send but not receive messages. I have not changed any of the settings, and I am still able to receive messages on this account on my iphone. The error message I get is “An attempt to connect to…has failed” and suggests temporary server unavailability or incorrect settings. Neither of these are the problem.  I don’t want to have to change email client so can you help?

have you tried to update eM Client to latest version and also checking the webmail for any security prompts from your email provider?
Speaking about email provider, which one do you use?
If you still experiencing this issue, please send me eM Client logs so we can help you, open Menu>Tools>Operations>Log and copy with Ctrl+A, paste to notepad then send the file to cooper@emclient.com.
