Not receiving mail on my desktop after v10 update

Since i updated to v10 I am not receiving email on my desktop.
the mail programme on my phone is working just fine.
can you profide a solution please?

Hi Furelise. Can you confirm that you are definitely not receiving them (check the “unread” counter). If you accepted the option to enable Inbox categories during the v10 Up[grade Wizard then the emails may just have been delivered to one of the other Inboxes other than Primary. See this post for more information on Inbox categories (a new feature in v10).
