not receiving emails

Hello,

I just installed the eM client with my gmail account. but when I click on the inbox there is no email to be found. 

When I try to send a test message to my own email, I’m not receiving it. 
any idea what the problem could be? 

I tried the following: 

  • reinstall the email adres. This didn’t work. 
  • reboot the program, didn’t work. 
  • removed the program and cleaned out all the files, this didn’t work either. 
  • reinstalled it, didn’t work. 
    any idea what could be wrong?

Could you kindly send the copy of logs to cooper@emclient.com?
To gather logs open Menu>Tools>Operations>Log and copy with Ctrl+A, paste to notepad and send this file to provided email.
