I have just purchased an HP Laptop and installed EM Client on it. Install went well, but it’s not receiving any emails. However the version on my desktop is receiving Email OK. I did receive a confirmatory email from the company when I first ran the software on the laptop, but nothing since then.
Any Ideas what might be wrong?
