Not receiving e-mail

Receiving message: Attempt to connect to Verizon failed. Temporary server not available or incorrect settings. When I open Account settings everything is correct. Can you help? Thanks.

Hi Tomas, can you make a screenshot of your account settings? Also, when the error occurs can you switch to the log tab in the operations window and copy the content of the log and post it here?
