Hello , im having a free account … With two emails on it…just updated the eMclient … I cant receive any Mail on my Main email…the second one is working fine. Just done the diagnostics…Main email is not receiving any test message…the second one is working fine…Any ideas??
The standard test is to disable your anti-virus and firewall to see if that is blocking the application or ports. Once it is disabled, try again.
