not receiving e mail from POP account my 2nd account is IMAP and I get that e mail but I get it in both accounts

I can send e mail from my POP account but still not receiving any ??

I can send e mail from the POP account but not receive.  This happened with the update to latest version of e mail client

I am getting my e mail from my IMAP account in both the IMAP and POP account, duplicates but not getting mail sent to the POP account at all
