email settings - servers and security mail provider etc
Any error messages

How old are you? 10 ?
First thing you can check is if you are viewing the messages as plain text. If you are, you will not see images in the message.
So if that setting is disabled, and you are sill not seeing images, check if you have the following in the message header:
If you have that message, click on Download pictures and see if there is any difference.
Otherwise, some companies, like Amazon, use unusual urls in their emails that eM Client cannot handle and so does not display the linked images. It used to be like that, and I don’t know if eM Client fixed it yet. If you are not using the latest version of eM Client you can download and install it from the Release History and see if that helps.
